The Metrix 5485C High-Temperature Velocity Sensor is ideal for high-temperature applications up to 375°C, especially in gas turbines and machinery where surface temperatures are high. This sensor is self-powered with a moving-coil design, which generates a signal proportional to vibration velocity, making it suitable for various industrial uses.

Key Features:

• Compatibility: Standard on GE gas turbines (Frames 3, 5, 6, 7, and 9).
• Frequency Response: 15 Hz to 2 kHz.
• Output Options: Available with outputs of 105, 145, 150, or 200 mV/in/sec.
• Mounting: 4-hole flat base or optional stud-mount adapter (p/n 8531).

Cable Options:

• Armored Cable: Up to 100 feet with a removable cable (p/n 4850), or up to 60 feet with an integral cable.
