The Metrix* MX8031 Extension Cables are specially designed for demanding applications in hazardous areas, with certifications including ATEX/CE, CSA, and IECEx. These extension cables come equipped with VibeLock™ Connectors and Triaxial Cables, ensuring reliable connectivity in challenging environments. They’re ideal for use across a range of industries, such as refineries, petrochemical plants, air separation facilities, natural gas transmission and processing, oil and gas applications, and power generation, including nuclear plants.
These cables are available with optional protective armor, providing additional durability based on application needs, and are fully compatible with Metrix MX8030 series 8mm probe systems, as well as Bently Nevada** 3300 and 3300XL series 5mm and 8mm probe systems. The MX8031 cables are labeled with a part number in the 10000 series, indicating agency approvals. For instance, a product labeled as MX8031-AAA-BB-CC will also display the part number 10200-AAA-BB-CC on its label.
