The Alta Solutions AS-1250FE is a high-performance, compact, and highly flexible data acquisition platform engineered to support Alta Solutions’ advanced machinery monitoring and analysis systems. Designed for precision and reliability, the unit can simultaneously capture up to 40 dynamic signals via high-accuracy 24-bit analog-to-digital converters, ensuring exceptional data integrity for critical industrial applications. The system can be configured with multiple phase marker inputs, making it ideal for complex multi-speed machinery such as split-shaft systems and gearboxes. These inputs provide accurate position and speed measurement, enabling deeper diagnostic insights.
Built specifically for demanding industrial environments, the AS-1250FE features a rugged, field-ready design that allows installation close to the machinery skid. This reduces sensor wiring requirements while minimizing ground loops, signal attenuation, and cross-talk, ultimately improving measurement accuracy and system reliability. Flexible mounting options include DIN rail and bulkhead configurations, ensuring seamless integration into existing setups.
For communication, the unit connects to the analysis workstation via a standard Ethernet (RJ45) interface. An optional fiber optic Ethernet port is available for long-distance data transmission of up to 2 km (1.2 miles), making it suitable for large-scale industrial facilities. The AS-1250FE supports a wide range of industrial sensors, including:
